Shipping policy

All orders are custom-produced and require 5–7 business days of production time before shipping. Tracking information is sent within 5–7 days after production.

EMS countries: 10–25 days delivery (includes destination tracking). If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of processing, contact us for a reshipment or refund.

Other international: 2–4 weeks (China Post, no final destination tracking). If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of processing, contact us at feverfashions@gmail.com.
